Oh, and speaking of shame and guilt regarding creating stuff, here’s a link to another great TED lecture, by writer Elizabeth Gilbert. She suggests a calmer approach to dealing with the ups and downs of the creative process. It’s a good one for all us struggling artists out there.

Tonight I’m going to meet my friends who I haven’t seen in too long, so I’m happy!
Some of them are back from Helsinki, others from Paris, and some, like me, never went anywhere (but it’s OK, Tel Aviv is pretty great too).
